Window Cleaner

We are looking for a responsible, motivated and trustworthy person to join our team. We are a small family run business with many reasons to come on board. Must be depedable and reliable as we have many customers who depend on us to be there to clean. Peak hours can range from 6:30a - 4:30p. We generally work from from 7:00a - 3:00p. No weekends or evenings. Starting pay is $18 an hour with your first $1 an hour raise coming within the first month. After that, 1 week PTO. Paid holidays. Keep all tips. Dental and Vision insurance. 2 weeks PTO after your 1st year as well as yearly raises and 3 bonuses a year. No Health insurance at this time. This is a very fun and enjoyable job where you get to spend time on your feet and outdoors. We look forward to setting up an interview with you!

You will learn how to professionally clean a window and ensure the customer will be satisfied with your work. You will be outside in all types of weather and you will be on your feet a majority of the day. It is a fun an fast paced job where you will get to interact with customers and take pride in a job well done. You will be using a ladder on a weekly basis and will need to be able to use a ladder while holding equipment. NO HIGH RISE WORK. You must have a professional appearance and courteous demeanor towards clients as well as co-workers. You must have a valid drivers license and a dependable car as well as a cell phone. You must maintain a clean work truck as well as a clean job site and make sure to keep a good inventory of work items.
