Training Specialist - Biometrics (e.g. BAT-A, Kit, BAT-A Handheld) (Senior) - US Army Intelligence C

Position Requirements:

• SECRET clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of applicable experience (4 additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree)
• Four years' experience as a 25B/U, 31B/E, 35F, 35M, 35L, 35T or comparable AOC for Warrant Officers and Officers (one year Biometrics specific)
• Biometrics experience in any MOS can be used in lieu of MOS requirements
• Graduate of SLC, WOAC or MICCC
• Four years' experience with training development
• NET/DTT experience preferred
• Ability to obtain instructor certification at first opportunity and have experience on the platform
• Able to lift "2 person lift" cases, wear a Kevlar helmet, ride in off-road vehicle, travel via fixed and rotary wing aircraft and sleep on cots
• Meet Government-administered Biometrics Certification Plan standard within 120 days on task
• Ability to obtain and possess an international driver's license and ID tags. 

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (equivalent work experience in lieu of education may be considered)

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting at desk, sometimes for prolonged periods of time.
• Standing in classroom environment, sometimes for extended time periods
• Phone use and PC or laptop.
• Filing required.
• May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs.
• Other physical requirements may include directing and participating in training exercises outside the classroom.

Attendance:
Work assignments are dependent on the government client's requirements. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.

Travel Requirements: 25-50% (both CONUS & OCONUS destinations - eligibility for US Passport required)

Security Clearance Requirements:

• The position for which you are interviewing requires a US government SECRET security clearance
