Responsibilities

Daily outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a pipeline of potential clients.Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.


Requirements

Licensing: Active P&C Insurance License Required

Experience: Prior experience in sales or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain productivity.

Collaborative: Strong team player, able to work well with others remotely.
