We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying and selling experience as simple and streamlined as possible. We want experienced agents to join our dynamic and fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out the needs of the client
  • Have a general knowledge of the area and communities
  • Steady follow-up with leads in your pipeline
  • Consistent prospecting for new business

Job Types: This is a full-time, commission-based job opportunity. You are an independent contractor, with earnings being as much as you desire.

Potential Income: $85,000 to $125,000+ per year.
