Role and Responsibilities
- Sr. Business Analyst to join a fast-paced Healthcare Product Development team. In this key role, you will build digital healthcare solutions that expand product offerings and provide value to our customers and patients.
- You will lead feature discovery and definition with the customer.
- You will work with the product team on the design and delivery of the solutions.
- Business and clinical teams as well as internal technical teams and stakeholders.
- Write test cases for the requirements.
- Implement User Acceptance Tests and manage client testers and results and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Explain concepts and detailed requirements to the development team.
- Effectively communicating your results, insights, recommendations to cross-functional team members and management.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement healthcare solution strategies.
- Gathering critical information from meetings and JAD sessions with various stakeholders, while producing useful summaries and meeting minutes.
- Work closely with patients, clinical staff, technicians, and managerial staff as well as third-party solution providers.
- Review final implementation with development team.
- Train support and training teams on the feature
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field.
- 12+ years overall experience.
- 5+ experience as a business analyst or equivalent role with EHR or practice management products
- Understanding of clinical workflow.
- Strong preference for experience communicating with clinical and billing staff directly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Nice to Have: Ability to wireframe designs using Balsamiq.
- Nice to Have: Agile development methodology experience or training.
