Senior Project Manager - Construction
Location: Fresno, CA
Pay Range: $126-160k + Bonus
Full-Time, Onsite

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of multiple large and complex construction projects, driving their successful completion from start to finish. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with the utmost attention to quality. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Excellence: Lead project teams to ensure timely and safe project completion within budget constraints. Manage project assignments, maintain status reports, track progress, and facilitate project closeouts efficiently.
  • Business Growth: Contribute to business expansion by actively participating in bid opportunities, providing estimates, and staying attuned to industry trends and client needs.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure adherence to procedures and contractual requirements, oversee billing processes, analyze project costs, and provide profit status reports to management.
  • Change Management: Review and validate change orders, communicate effectively with project teams on additional costs, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term commitments.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, hold teams accountable for compliance, and ensure adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of construction project manager or 8+ assistant project manager experience
  • Underground utility construction experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and planning skills
