Per Diem 

Interim HealthCare, a leading home care and healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Private Duty Overnight position in Barrington, New Hampshire. This is a role where the RN will provide exceptional care to a client in his home during the overnight hours. The primary responsibilities of this role include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and communicating with physicians and family members. This patient has a feeding pump, bi-pap, a g-tube, and oxygen. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements 

• Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
• Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
