Sounds Great? We're looking for our leaders to fit these criteria:
- Experience Matters: Preferably 2+ years in restaurant management.
- Back of House Champion: Comfortable supporting the kitchen team is a big advantage.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability is Key: Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is a must. Reliable transportation is required.
- Certifications: Able to obtain required certifications/permits as per state/local law.
- Tech-Savvy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Health Code Guru: Knowledgeable about local and state health codes.
- Tech Toolbox: Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules is preferred.
- Financial Insight: P&L knowledge is a plus.
