POSITION: F&B Manager- Premium Suites

LOCATION: Sugar Land, TX

HOURS: FT, some evenings, weekends, & holidays.

DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage, reports to Director of F&B

COMPENSATION: $45,000.00 to $53,000.00

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Execute the F&B operations of the Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge and drive Premium Experience initiatives to ensure consistent top-tier service and member retention efforts are maximized through both food and beverage and general hospitality offerings.
  • Responsible for serving the needs of Suite Holders, Premium Members & Lounge clients with excellent customer service, providing assistance and maintaining constant contact with accounts while also generating incremental revenue.
  • Oversees part-time Premium F&B staff.
  • Key measures of performance include tracking and achieving identified sales benchmarks, implementation of innovative initiatives, meeting customer satisfaction in all key areas including communication, coordination, and overall experience.

PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS

  • Responsible for maintaining F&B pre-orders, distributing weekly ordering reminders, processing payments as needed and ensuring orders are communicated to the Kitchen.
  • Confirming all F&B pre-orders are prepped and delivered the night of show as requested.
  • Work with the Executive Chef to curate menu items within the Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge that maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Quickly respond, resolve, and proactively anticipate customer challenges, complaints, requests, and inquiries from Suite Holders, Premium Members & Lounge clients.
  • Work with Marketing team to utilize data to enhance customer experience and target optimal product offerings.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and oversee part-time Premium F&B staff. Work with part-time staff to ensure a seamless guest experience during events.
  • Work with Facilities team to ensure Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land Lounge and Suites are maintained, and presentable for premium clientele.
  • Provides accurate event information to patrons (i.e., event details, general building knowledge and all building amenities).
  • Work with Marketing team to utilize data to enhance customer experience and target optimal product offerings.
  • Maintains working knowledge of upgrade offerings and answers questions from existing or potential premium experience guests.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Prior sports sales/service/hospitality industry or equivalent experience is required.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Experience in account or project management overseeing details and coordination of multiple details with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient understanding of FDA Regulations regarding food and alcohol service.
  • TABC and Food Handler’s Licenses required.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Strategic business planner with process-driven mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to grow and lead a small team with a luxury service mindset.
