Coyle Automotive strives to provide premium service from initial client contact to completion of repair or service.

As Coyle Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by serving as the liaison between customers and our technicians.

All candidates are required to be "customer-service minded" and have a good work history. Being a team player and understanding the customer is why our business can flourish.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and welcome customers, establishing a positive and professional rapport.
  • Answer customer calls using the customer service skills taught in our required phone training program.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
  • Clearly communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.
  • Document and convey customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to the technical team.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of the progress and any changes to the repair plan.
  • Explain technical details clearly and understandably to customers.
  • Provide information on preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle services.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a service advisor in an automotive repair setting is required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and invoicing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excels in a team-oriented work environment.
