Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Global Construction & Mechanical in Gaithersburg, MD. As part of our team, you will be responsible for dispatching technicians to various service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proper allocation of resources. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer requests, preparing service estimates, providing customer support, and tracking service activity. In addition, you will be responsible for processing invoices and making collection calls for outstanding balances.

Compensation:$23 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:- Monitor incoming calls and schedule service calls for technicians
- Compile and process paperwork relating to service calls, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Ensure technicians have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents for service calls
- Track the status of service calls in the company's database
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Processing and sending invoices to clients
- Making collection calls and collecting balances owed for 30, 60, and 90+ days
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- US Work Authorization
- Experience in high-volume customer service
- Attention to detail when scheduling service calls
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Collections experience a plus
- HVAC experience a plus
