Duration:            6+ Months (Possible extension)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collector play a vital role in order for us to meet our monthly goal. To succeed in this role, collections specialists need to have a range of skills and competencies that enable them to communicate, negotiate, analyze, and resolve issues with payers and patients.
• Good communication skills.
• Document accounts with detail.
• Be able to read an explanation of benefits (EOB).
• Analytical skills are crucial for a collection’s specialist.
• Need to be able to use various tools and systems.
• Problem solving skills. They have to face and overcome various challenges and difficulties in their work.
• Customer service skills. Maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers and payers.
