Clinic Manager

We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results driven leader.  As a Clinic Manager you will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility.  This is accomplished by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.  Candidate must be organized and able to work independently, possess solid management and computer skills.  Minimum of BSN and 12 months dialysis management experience required or 5 years in dialysis with 12 month of management experience.  Current RN state license required.  

Required Education and Experience

  • Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state in which the facility is located. BSN preferred.
  • Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing.
  • Six (6) months of experience in nursing care of the patient with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • At least three to five years’ experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow employees.
