Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an energetic leader with a positive outlook and the ability to multi-task. 
  • Daily Cash management
  • Verify accurate posting of deals, commissions, AP, AR and assist if needed
  • Balance bank statements, floor plan statements, sales tax, etc
  • Follow month end task list and procedures to produce an accurate financial statement
  • Policy compliance
  • Ensuring accurate financial information, and other tasks associated with dealership accounting.  

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive Accounting experience preferred
  • Highly organized and eagerness to improve
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Work with all levels of employees
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
