Salary Range: $18 - $60+ / hour

Typical Hourly Compensation (includes base, tips, and commission)

• Following Training: $19 - $25 / hour
• 4-6 Months after start: $25 - $35 / hour
• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $35 - $60+ / hour

These are examples based upon actual European Wax Center Wax Specialist performance, but how much you make is entirely up to you.

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to work regularly scheduled shifts each week; at the moment we are looking for at least 3 shifts a week but that may increase.
• 2 evenings (2pm-8pm) and Saturdays (8:30am-5pm) are a must.
• Current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
• Team-players who are empathic, coachable, and flexible.
• Positive outlook and coping skills
• Able to stand and move around while waxing for the majority of shift.

We provide extensive training and support, so even if you have very little waxing experience, you will learn quickly and become a successful speed waxer using our amazing, exclusive Comfort Wax®. Recent graduates welcome!
