We are actively searching for a Senior Office of Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, an enthusiastic leader and entrepreneur, experienced in plant management, have a technical skill set, and more.
Senior Officer of Manufacturing Qualifications:

Senior Officer of Manufacturing Responsibilities:
- Lead Commercial vertical and drive market development. Familiarity with industrial process wastewater in the mid-west is a requirement.
- Hands-on development of cross functional teams based in Michigan.
- Oversee the operations of the Manufacturing and subcontractor vendors.
- Interface with the Customers in target markets.
- Hire, build and oversee the executive team for the Manufacturing Division.
- Short-term: Needs to be comfortable with wearing multiple hats e.g., accounting, manufacturing, marketing functions etc.
- Develop, deploy, and manage strategic plans (with vision provided by Inventor and Founder) including prioritization of tasks and goals to generate near-term & long-term revenue.
- Fundraising from multiple sources (in tandem with Founder)
- Other tasks as assigned.
