Responsibilities: As the On-Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your duties will include:

• Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of uniform guidelines for various schools and grades.
• Assisting customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized recommendations when needed.
• Efficiently processing sales transactions at the register and ensuring proper bagging of merchandise.
• Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, fulfilling backorders, and maintaining well-stocked shelves.
• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Undertaking various managerial tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
