Sales Desk Manager

We are seeking a talented, driven, and focused individual to join our sales management team. Our company is a customer-focused organization that provides the highest level of customer care. Our preferred candidate must be an energetic team player with a positive attitude. They must be highly-motivated and willing to hold employees accountable.

Minimum of two years successful Automotive Sales Management -Or- Minimum of three years solid proven sales track record if you are a current salesperson ready to take the next step

  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Be assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations
  • Be results-driven, highly energized and self-motivated
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Candidates must successfully complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record Check

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales force
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Develop a creative and successful strategy for every sale
  • Ensure that every Customer is completely satisfied with the entire purchase experience
  • Maximize profitability on each and every deal
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
