Internally known as a Sales and Bid Manager, this person will be tasked with working closely with key clients and prospect, overseeing the entire process from preparation to delivery and negotiation of proposals for large scale projects. Shift: Days

Pay: Ideally targeting between $100,000 - $170,000, depending upon experience

Essential job duties for this Sales Manager will include:

  • Conduct visits and follow-ups with clients, scoping needs, project scale and target delivery
  • Preparing bids based on detailed specifications
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Overseeing the end-to-end sales process, from prep to delivery

We're looking for Sales Managers with the following background profile:

  • MBA from an accredited university in Engineering or other relevant field
  • Senior level experience with a minimum 15-20 years in the manufacturing/transportation sector
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
