We are currently looking for an associate for three to four days a week, The senior doctor and current associate are booked out over 6 weeks, and we need to get patients seen quicker.
We are eagerly seeking an enthusiastic, humble, but hungry Associate Dentist who is passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing top-notch care to our valued patients (some have been patients for 40+ years... AMAZING, right?!?!) and committed to lifelong learning. This role offers an incredible opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, leverage cutting-edge technology, and grow personally and professionally in a vibrant, newly expanded office space (13-op practice) in a private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a range of dental procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical and clinical excellence in all aspects of patient care.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere by working closely with our skilled dental team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Georgia dental license and in good standing.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in delivering exceptional dental care.
- Outstanding communication skills with a genuine dedication to patient satisfaction.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in dentistry.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to provide the highest level of care.
