Position Overview

Lead site implementation of a Pro Planner MES system
Develop and maintain standard hours, cycle time, and move time data
Implement and facilitate lean manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing efficiencies and eliminate waste
Provide engineering support to the shop floor

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Industrial engineering experience within a low volume, complex manufacturing environment
Experience with line balancing, time studies, capacity analysis, ergonomic risk analysis, standard work and lean manufacturing principles
Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills.
