With that in mind, we are looking for a Full-Time Accounting Receptionist who is friendly, motivated, and business-driven. Hours

Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm

(Approximately) One Saturday per month: 7:30am-3pm

  Job Duties
* Greet and assist customer at receptionist desk/cashier window and on phones
* Accounts Payable, computer input of all vendor invoices, balance statement due and process in a timely manner

* Print GM Open Account and post.
* New Vehicle Inventory computer input of invoices and prepare PDI for service
* Printing of daily sales to customer contact (letters, birthday cards and envelopes)
* Additional support as needed, but not limited to cashier window,  filing, customer and employee assistance

*Data input of technician time cards for service and collision departments
