QA Tester

SeKON is seeking a QA Tester to join our team, contributing to an innovative project at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI). This role is central to the implementation and enhancement of the MS Dynamics CRM system, directly impacting the NHLBI's mission to advance global health through groundbreaking initiatives. Working remotely, with occasional on-site meetings in the vibrant North Bethesda area, this position is perfect for someone with a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of the CRM solution, ensuring functionality aligns with user and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and track software defects.
• Support the implementation of QA processes and methodologies.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and review.
• Manage test plans, cases, and scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
