Upholstery Technician - Automotive

Do you have a love for rebuilding and custom building cars?  Express Employment is hiring for an Upholstery Technician!

This job is perfect for those that have a love of rebuilding old cars to new AND doing a full on custom build.

Pay: $38,500 to start. Do your best to show us your skill set and we will be happy to compensate you properly!

Required experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in custom and/or restoration auto upholstery - references will re required

Knowledge and proper execution of removing old covering, webbing, padding and any defective springs

Knowledge and proper execution of determining amounts and types of covering materials

Knowledge and proper execution of the upholster of new materials

Ability to sew upholstery by hand to seam cushions and join various sections of materials

Willingness to learn and add to your current knowledge a variety of repair types and vehicles

Attention to detail - these cars are built for looks / show and it is important that they look great down to the smallest detail
