● As a sales consultant/manager, you’ll have unlimited earning potential

● Average income of $5,000 per month from average performances/results

● Commission Sales from 70% of the opportunities COMING TO YOU and only 30% Prospecting

● High Ticket Sales

● Gross written sales volume ranges from $40,000 - $100,000 + of product in a month per Salesperson

This is a commission position paid twice a month

Sales Consultant Responsibilities

● Greet and engage customers in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.

● Make our customers comfortable enough for them to share their storage needs so you can bring

their visions to life.

● Provide world-class guest experiences by offering customers an unforgettable visit.

● Establish rapport with customers, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.

● Using empathy to overcome objections.

● Take all training to heart and put it into practice with all customers.

● Engage and stay engaged with customers while maintaining a low-pressure consultative approach.
