Job Description

As a Medical Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:

· Managing and supervising spa staff, including estheticians, massage therapists, other providers, and receptionists

· Developing and implementing spa policies and procedures

· Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

· Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

· Scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules

· Conducting staff meetings and providing training and development opportunities

· Collaborating with marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

· Submit info for Payroll

· Market and recruit clients to the spa

· Designate, coordinate, and attend events on days spa is fully rented out

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

· Strong administrative skills to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the spa

· Retail sales experience to promote spa products and services

· Proven supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team

· Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors

· Basic math skills for handling financial transactions and managing budgets

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Experience as a clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred

· Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele
