Are you a skilled Avaya expert with a TS/SCI FSP Clearance and a passion for cutting-edge telecommunications solutions? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at in Fairfax, VA, for an exciting onsite role at our customer's location.

**Position Overview:**

We're looking for a talented Avaya Architect with a deep understanding of Avaya architecture, design, implementation, and testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our client, cross-service teams, and third-party partners to develop testing strategies and plans for global deployments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop testing strategy and plans in collaboration with client, cross-service teams, and third-party partners.

- Utilize extensive experience with Avaya architecture, design, implementation, and testing to support architecture designs for global deployments.

- Provide technical guidance and advice for the operations and maintenance of the customer's expansive voice network.

- Monitor, manage, and maintain voice call flow traffic across various trunk groups connecting to Avaya products and other telecommunication platforms.

- Migrate call flows onto SIP peering connections via analysis and conversion tables.

- Manage bash script applications and non-person accounts in Avaya and non-Avaya servers.

- Troubleshoot and maintain reliable talk paths between voice networks.

- Produce and maintain eDocuments capturing management and maintenance procedures for the voice network.

- Provide training to newer voice engineers on administrative tasks and troubleshooting actions.

**Required Skills/Experience:**

- Top-Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Avaya CM implementation and service-related work.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Avayas product portfolio.

- Technical working knowledge and experience with Communication Manager, Session and System Manager, and Session Initiation Protocol.

- Experience working in a support field with direct customer interactions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle stressful situations.

**Location:** Fairfax, VA (Must be located in or within a commutable distance)
