Receptionist/Cashier- Full Time

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule appointments for clients as well as answer questions
• Answer dealership group phones and online chat requests
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Collect cash and credit card payments from customers. 
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor 
• Work cooperatively with the service team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
