Closets By Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, garage cabinetry, home office, pantry storage, wallbeds, and more.  Our growth at Closets by Design of Columbus has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales.  This position is a full-time sales management position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow and develop our diverse sales force to meet the growing markets we serve.
• Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings to further enhance our success.
• Develop individual growth plans for salespeople to maximize their fullest potential.
• Actively participate in potential client projects to ensure success.
• Assist the senior management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 YEARS MINIMUM managing sales teams
• Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a track record of proven success.
• Proven knowledge and experience in price negotiations
• College degree preferred.
• Local candidates only.
• Computer literate
  • - Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required
• Experience in Business to Consumer preferred.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.

$55,000 - $80,000 per year
