Job Description
MG Moving Services is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant for the Headquarters location in Sterling, VA. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for upholding various duties needed to keep MG Moving Services organized and efficient with the day-to-day. The Administration Assistant will report directly to the VP of Administration and will oversee regular daily tasks along with handling projects. They will handle all calls for the entire enterprise (all locations).
- This is an hourly position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Clock in & out will be required through an MG Moving Services provided timekeeping platform
- Full healthcare & PTO benefits are available
$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Answer phones for entire company and all locations
- Order all supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of office and assist in organization
- Maintain asset tagging of tablets
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Able to work independently and with a team
