Food and Beverage Supervisor

Salary: $27.50/per hour

Location: Kona, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example and ensure that our guests receive top-quality food and service. You will work closely with management to drive sales and maintain the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.

Job Duties:

• Provide exemplary service to guests while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Support the management team in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with other managers to enhance food & beverage sales
• Ensure quality food and service is provided to all guests
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the department

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage (supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong service-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others
