Responsibilities for the Business and Financial Analyst:
  • Utilize Servicetrade and Intacct software to download and analyze operational and accounting data.
  • Create concise summary reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data.
  • Evaluate business operations to identify and develop new performance metrics for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate extensively with our family companies.
  • Support the Accounting department with various accounting and financial reporting tasks.
  • Engage in special projects and data analysis in collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and General Managers.
  • Aid the CEO in gathering and analyzing financial and operational data for potential acquisitions.
  • Analyze and prepare data from acquired companies for integration into our software system.
  • Assist the CEO and CFO in compiling monthly operating reports and reports for the board of directors.

Requirements of the Business and Financial Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another relevant business-related field required.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and fulfilling commitments.
  • Experience in ServiceTrade and Intacct highly preferred.
  • Proficient in quickly learning and mastering different business software packages.
  • Skilled at collaborating with colleagues and individuals at all levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Familiarity with various methods of extracting data from PDFs and software systems used by acquired companies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to devise new procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
