Office Clerk

A+ Lawn and Landscape is seeking an Administrative assistant who will be part of a talented office team in providing excellent customer service in a rapidly growing, locally owned business. Essential Functions

• Responsible for management, oversight, and completion of billing process consistent with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Manages and facilitates communication between customers and appropriate departments
• Maintains all required and appropriate logs.
• Being able to multi-task
• Performs additional duties as assigned. (not just phone work)
• Handle all administrative office logistic needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service skills
• Handle large incoming call volumes
