Registered Nurse

Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is looking for Registered Nurses (Outpatient) to work in a hospital setting located in Wailuku, HI. This position involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring their comfort and safety while facilitating a smooth and efficient patient flow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community health, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Pay-Rate:
Non-travel: $50/hr
Travel: $25/hr + $35/hr travel stipend
Job Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatments, procedures, and healthcare management.
• Manage patient flow within the outpatient department, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
• Document patient care services accurately and completely in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN license in any US states
• 1+ years of experience
• Experience with PICC insertion is the main experience and midline insertion, port access, ultrasound-guided IV insertion
• VI List A for Infusion nurse, IV Therapy nurse, PICC nurse.
