OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Field Service Specialist is responsible to provide excellent field support for starting up, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining Fulton equipment and systems. This position is also responsible to provide technical support and training to customers, service team members and Fulton employees both on site and as well as at the factory. The Service Technician is responsible to provide all support and services in a manner that is aligned with the Fulton Operating Philosophy and Values.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Service work- Perform technical service work in the field in a safe, efficient, capable manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Training – Participate in the training program to maintain a network of qualified service technicians capable of performing commissioning, and service operations on Fulton products and ancillary equipment.
  • Preparedness – Perform the necessary work to properly prepare for field jobs including review of NB files, previous service reports, site readiness and more for their own and other group members upcoming service jobs.
  • Documentation – Complete all required documentation and communication associated with the service work and continuously improve quality efforts for their own and other group member’s service jobs.
  • Off Road – Efficiently perform value added functions when not traveling in the areas of manufacturing, technical phone support, quality and continuous improvement efforts, along with quoting and billing of service work.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Service Technician Experience Preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Willingness and commitment to travel as needed including some holidays and weekends.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel internationally.
