Overview:
- Provide direction and leadership to the customer service team, to ensure every one of our customers gets taken care of in the best way possible, by resolving issues at lighting speed.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management to entire customer service team, to ensure we deliver the best customer service in the market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 4+ employees and growing.
- Ensure all customer issues are handled very quickly, and that the customers are happy after issue is resolved.
- Ensure all orders are processed very quickly
- Ability to enter orders, credit & rebills, RMA’s, product exchanges, and more.
- Coordinate w/the warehouse on urgent deliveries.
- Coordinate w/the warehouse on tickets where there are inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure all freight claims are filed in a timely manner and seen through to completion.
- Ability to talk to customers on the phone, remain calm, and help the customer get what they need.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage and lead a team for effective results
- Ability to use Outlook and Excel fluently
- Ability to problem solve issues and provide solutions
- Excellent project management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
