Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our team. This Business Development Manager will seek and communicate with prospective clients to help grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Scout for and respond to business and contract opportunities, including both government and commercial RFPs
- Draft comprehensive technical and cost proposals in response to solicitations, such as government RFPs
- Create new and enhance existing business relationships to expand the Company's outreach
- Create and manage Company social media accounts, including its website
- Take professional photographs and/or edit them and upload photos to Company social media accounts and its website
- Attend networking and marketing meetings to attract new business and build new professional connections
- Plan and attend special events designed to boost employee recruiting and marketing
Qualifications:
- Must have prior sales experience (preferably in the security industry)
- Must be sales focused and have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills
