Job Description
Spectrum Community Health, a Medicare certified agency with over 40 years of home health experience in Minnesota, is looking for a Full time RN Case Manager in the Virginia area.
RN Case Manager provides 1:1 client care in their homes. Services include assessments, teaching and training and skilled procedures. Individuals work independently but have agency support, and direction from the ordering MD, NP or PA. Previous nursing experience desirable but not required.
