Night Shift Supervisor

A successful Night Shift Supervisor at Shop-EZ will:

• Lead by example
• Work as a team
• Be a reliable employee that reports to work in a timely manner.
• Have good communication in both written and verbal with team members, vendors, and customer

Duties and Responsibilities

Operation:

• Maintain beneficial relationships with current convenience store distributors and forming new relations with distributors when advantageous or required by the ending of existing relationship.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner and involve manager for assisting with concerning issues
• Monitor and control inventory levels
• Ordering and maintaining inventory levels of all products sold at the station, including food, beverages, tobacco products, automotive supplies, and other items
• Make sure vendors find refunds
• Keep track of waste - items that get returned don't go on the report
• Check for expired products
• Notify manager when product is wrong price
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures and protocol

Employees:

• Report attendance issues to manager
• Managing employee training efforts to ensure that all employees are properly trained in their job duties
• Managing your shift employees to ensure shifts are covered

Financials:

• Balance cash drawer at the end of your shift
