Job Description
RJ’s Meats in Hudson, WI is looking for more meat counter clerks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
- No experience required- we will train
- Receive a 10% discount
- Flexible timing for shifts
- Day shifts start at 8am or 9am
- Afternoon to evening shifts (done by 8-8:30pm every night)
- 22-30hrs per week with rotating Saturdays
- Closed ALL major holidays!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Slice deli meats
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Assist Butchers to keep displays full
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Good communication skills with customers
- Ability to quickly problem solve concerns customers may have
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
