Specific Duties:
- Supports CSR / Dispatch team responsibilities as needed including the on-call schedule.
- Supports warehouse team to specialize in warranty processing and parts ordering.
- Responsible for ordering parts from our team of vendors, filing warranties online, scheduling deliveries to job sites, and communicating with our technicians.
- Work in our warehouse and will be physically handling parts and materials, ensuring timely and accurate receiving, staging, ticketing, placement, planning, distribution, delivery, and replenishment of parts and materials.
- Checks inventory for reorder needs and places orders with appropriate vendors. Negotiates with vendors and suppliers for the best price on quality products.
- Stays in touch with installation crews to assist with unexpected needs. Ensures that required materials are filled and delivered. Schedules deliveries.
- Coordinates the pulling of inventories and load-outs to ensure that technicians have all of the required items to complete the assigned work.
Job Requirements:
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50-100lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
