Store Sales Manager in training

This is a floating position between Somerset and London.

The Ideal candidate will posses a strong Sales background or be willing to train extensively to obtain the sales ability needed.

Mattress Overstock is seeking an excellent sales associate to bring on to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sales, presenting merchandise, and servicing their customers. This individual will also be responsible for assisting customers with their questions and take pride in maintaining a great attitude when helping customers. We're looking for a hard-working associate who can thrive in a sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Overcome objections.
• Close sales.
• Have a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Speak clearly and confidently.
• Answer questions about products and services.
• Never make misleading comments to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep customers updated on merchandise that they're interested in.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and deposits
• Resolve conflicts within the store; maintain a safe environment; report loss of property or theft to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
