Medical Front Desk Specialist

Full time position in central scheduling environment. Busy medical office seeking staff member to complete insurance precertifications and verifications online and via phone, call and text to schedule patients, send medical results to physician offices, and make follow up phone calls to patients. Must be willing to cross train and work as a team with other staff. Strong phone skills, computer skills, reliable transportation, multitasking, and excellent attendance required. One to two years of insurance portal and provider based insurance work experience preferred. Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm and complete 2-5 insurance verification/prior auths per hour.
