Tower Foreman

Tower Foreman will be responsible for on site management and direction for cell site project assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read, interpret and build according to designed site plans.
• Maintains job records and inventory of company truck, tools and job material.
• Work with construction manager to determine needed materials, equipment, and tools to be used for assigned projects
• Ensures safety and security of employees and company assets
• Ability to troubleshoot cell site and ancillary equipment.
• Ensures crew members are in compliance with company and customer safety requirements
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned jobs in a timely and safe manner.

Qualifications

• RF Awareness, replacement, and maintenance i.e., coax, jumpers, connectors, and weatherproofing
• Good communication skills, reading and writing skills
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work
• 2+ years or more of related tower and construction experience and/or training
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite and Adobe Products.
• Willingness to work outside
• Out of town travel, if required
