Who We Need: We're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as "Scent-tologists." As a Scent-tologist, you won't just be selling scents; you'll be crafting experiences and memories for our guests. What You’ll Do: Welcome and Engage: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting them to embark on a scent journey. Storytelling: Share our brand's captivating story and product knowledge with guests. Scent Customization: Guide customers through the magical process of creating their signature fragrance. Sales Floor Mastery: Manage day-to-day operations, process transactions, wrap orders with finesse, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Brand Ambassador: Represent Olfactory NYC at off-site events, spreading aromatic joy. What We’re Looking For: Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
