About this job
I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child in our home , the daycares in our area are not the right fit for me. I would like my child be loved and well supervised. Our home will have cameras during the time of care. My son is in daycare right now but I have decided to get better care and look for a nanny for my son. He just turned 1, and I would like to him to have the 1 on 1 care and interaction. With daycare now the ratio is 1 to 4... which has led to incidents , lack of supervision , and delayed care with my child. Our home will have food/ snacks for my son and the nanny that watches him can help her self to them as well.
