Responsibilities – Marketing /
Event Planner:

  • Work closely with all Department Heads and Marketing Director to market all dealership functions and events
  • Coordinate event details with team members in all departments
  • Develop lead generation plans with targets, measures and objectives
  • Execute digital marketing strategies to inform, advertise, and attract public interest based on clear guidance from the Marketing Director
  • Monitor comments and interact with the social media community
  • Photograph events for organic posting
  • Videography for REELS and other similar organic social media marketing
  • Handle money at events and attend to customer needs
  • Assist in building a support network between the individual and the community
  • Research topics, develop ideas that provide a customer experience while being fiscally responsible
  • Promote and represent the dealership in a positive way at all times
  • Maintain proper care and upkeep of equipment and supplies
  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of all events



Qualifications/Requirements – Marketing /
Event Planner: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred but not required
  • Experience is not required but a major plus
  • Must be passionate about the Harley-Davidson brand and have an understanding of the motorcycle industry and culture
  • A self-starting leader and problem solver with an eye for detail and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrates good time management skills
  • Communicates details effectively
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor at all times with demonstrated business acumen
  • Can collaborate with a sense of humor and a willingness to accommodate individual needs or changes
  • Affluent in use of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
  • Adhere to strict guidelines on social media posting while developing and expanding organic reach
  • Valid driver’s license - a motorcycle endorsement is a major plus, but not required
  • Must be hands on and able to work long hours when required
  • Must have full availability for work schedule including weekends, holidays, and late hours
