- Contact leads and customers and encourage them to trade in/upgrade their vehicle, schedule appointments for them to meet our sales team, ask customers in the Service Dept. waiting room to upgrade, and more. Qualifications – Vehicle Exchange Coordinator:
- Energetic, goal oriented, and self-motivated to succeed. Auto BDC, call center, and great customer service skills are preferred
- Good sales, communication and computer skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
