MUST HAVES:
- 1 year of customer service experience
Description:
- Develop product knowledge in all product lines in order to provide technical support.
- Establish sound troubleshooting and repair knowledge on all assigned equipment.
- Be prepared to provide trouble shooting and repair assistance by telephone to end users, distributors and field personnel.
- Provide limited application assistance on equipment
- Monitor and report any product defects to the Product Service Managers, Quality and Engineering departments as soon possible.
Pay:
$21.50-24.50/hr
Shift:
8:45a – 5:30p (includes 45 min lunch).
