This role will sit primarily at the project site.

Responsibilities
    Office and/or project administrative support
  • Business development, presentation, and accounting support assignments
  • Performing responsibilities /duties of more junior Support Assistants as appropriate
  • Preparation of business unit financial, PowerPoint, operations, and/or business development reports for submittal/upload to corporate and/or g.net (internal Internet system)
  • Coordinate/update project(s) and company information for community relations or marketing purposes
  • Coordinate and monitor project updates for business development purposes
  • Assist the senior management team as requested
  • Administrative upport and logistic activities at the assigned project(s), company cars fleet, employee rotation log, and new arrival coordination
  • Manage Project Executive(s) may be required
  • Office and conference room control and ordering of essential necessary supplies
  • Some early morning, evening, and weekend work may be with prior managers approval
  • May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs
    • Create training schedules for BU/departments and communicate scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
    • Organize and execute training, including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of office experience in a construction-related field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent mobilizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
